Name and phone number

I give separate permission for my name and phone number to be stored in my membership profile, solely so I can reuse them for future bookings. I understand that storing my identity/passport number and date of birth requires a separate selection. These choices are optional, and I can submit a request without a saved profile. I can withdraw my choices using the profile and identity deletion options in my account. Withdrawal does not automatically undo earlier lawful processing or booking records that require a separate assessment.

A separate choice for identity details and date of birth

Storing your identity/passport number and date of birth for future use is offered as a separate selection. Consent to store your name and phone number does not automatically enable identity storage.

Withdrawing consent

You can remove saved identity details or delete your profile in your account. Information provided for a particular request and profile details saved for future requests are separate records. Requests to delete earlier booking records are assessed separately.
